One of the highlights in Anqing Foreign Language School’s quality-oriented education is the Painting& Calligraphy Association, a platform for students to showcase their calligraphy and painting talent. On 21st November, the election meeting to select club leaders was convened as scheduled.
The main purpose of the Painting& Calligraphy Association centered on the enhancement of students’ abilities in writing, appreciating, moral quality as well as artistic culture. Moreover, so as to strengthen students’ cultural cultivation, the Painting& Calligraphy Club organized club members to visit art galleries and conduct sketch practice outdoors so that students can advance their practical abilities and strive to find the best bonding point between art and application.
To sum up, based not only on the unconstrained& democratic election among club members, but also on the comprehensive assessment of art teachers, the results were announced as follows:
